REM

REM is probably the most important sleep stage for those who are interested in dreams, because this is when we experience dreams. While there have been recordings of dreams during the other sleep stages, generally REM is considered the stage in which we experience our dreams.

NREM Sleep

N1 is the first stage of sleep, normally lasting only a few minutes. You experience N1 as you are just drifting off to sleep. Come chat with me :) I’ll be on for a few hours at most and I would love to answer all your questions and help you interpret your dreams!

Let me first say, I am sorry for the lack of posts lately. :( Life has been taking up all my tumblr time lately. I’m even behind on my facebook games and we all know how addicting those can be.

BUT GOOD NEWS! I got a new lappy top. So, that means i’ll be able to post more for you all :)

*bows down* Please forgive me but I will do my best to post more often.

MUAH!

striderkiwi-deactivated20111125 asked: Hello again, I'd like to ask whats the meaning behind dreaming about teeth, especially when they're taken out/pulled out?

Well teeth to me represent attractiveness and how you view yourself. Its a major self-confidence thing. If you dream that your teeth are falling out, it could mean that someone, something, or some situation is lowering your self-esteem or embaressing you.

Teeth (in another perspective) mean power. We use them to attain our main source of energy (Chewing, biting, etc). If we don’t have these, then we don’t have power.

Hope that helped! :)

asdfghjkristenn asked: Hey! I was wondering if you could help me out. I can't find the interpretation anywhere. :( I've had a couple of dreams where I'm punching someone. When I'm punching them, it's just not working. It's literally like a tap. And in my dream I get really frustrated. No matter how much force I use, it doesn't work. I don't know if this means something since I've had this dream a few times.

If you dream you’re punching someone, it means that you are angry at someone or that something you are punching. But to dream that your punch is inadequate, it means that you are either unable to relieve that agression.

Thats my interp anyways :) Hope that helped <3

Anonymous asked: Hey first off I'd like to say, awesome blog! I love what you are doing :)

Okay, so for the past few years I've been having many dreams that sort of relate to a common theme. I find myself multiple times being late for something.
I've been late for auditions, interviews, and missing the school bus/transit bus in my dreams. In real life I am never or very rarely late in these sorts of situations.
What can you gather from this? Is there some sort of significance in being 'late' in a dream? Thank you so much!

Thank you so much lovely anon :)

Being late, in my interpretation would be you feel as if you aren’t ready for whatever you are late to. Like you are nervous for an interview, underprepared for an audition, not ready to go to the destination etc.

Hope that helped darlin :)
